Role overview

The Director of Corporate Partnerships will lead the Foundation’s strategy for cultivating and stewarding relationships with corporate donors, sponsors, and cause-related marketing partners. You will play a critical role in diversifying our revenue base, managing a portfolio of 30+ corporate accounts, and building new pipelines aligned with our strategic plan. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong visibility to executive leadership and the board.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a corporate partnership portfolio targeting $4M+ in annual contributed revenue
  • Develop compelling partnership proposals, impact reports, and customized stewardship plans
  • Represent the Foundation at industry convenings, networking events, and donor meetings
  • Collaborate with program staff to align corporate giving with organizational priorities
  • Track and report on partnership KPIs using Salesforce and internal dashboards

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or corporate social responsibility
  • Proven track record of closing five- and six-figure partnerships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; polished presenter
  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or related field

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
  • Familiarity with equity-focused philanthropy and ESG trends in corporate giving
