ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

At Mountaintop Search, we partner with organizations that prioritize operational excellence, workforce stability, and a relational approach to leadership. We are seeking a high-energy, strategically minded Human Resource Manager to join a premier, well-established player in the heavy civil engineering and infrastructure sector.

  • Field Leadership & Coaching: Provide proactive leadership coaching to managers and serve as a trusted resource for a multi-site, field-based workforce.
